I sometimes have difficulty falling asleep and have often resorted to taking a sleeping pill. However, now that I watch CSI/Miami I no longer require a sleeping pill due to the monotone conversations and lack of emotion on the actors(?) parts. It works for me.

Stumbled on this essay by accident and loved it. I'm thinking that sound bites from the show could be edited into a powerful guided meditation soundtrack...

My mindless guilty pleasure is The Girls Next Door. Usually, I shut it off in disgust (most of the time) but when I'm really exhausted, I find it fascinating that an old goat can have three human Barbie dolls AND I enjoy watching them cavort!

Magical post, Dave.
I don't watch this show all the time in Australia but I do enjoy it when I can checkout my brain. The latest ones with the see-through computer screens :) wow!
"Horatio Caine (played by the artfully artless David Caruso" classic quote.

It must be such an easy show to act for - everyone has only a line or two to remember.
It's todays version of Bay Watch.

Stanislavsky knew nothing. The real secret to acting success is: more badass, less eye-contact.

Thanks for coming by and commenting, Dara!
